Forward Capital is pleased to announce that Georgios Theodoropoulos has joined our team. Georgios has a long-time experience as a qualified Internal Auditor. Having worked at a Big 4 company and in the oil and banking industry, he has developed strong accounting and internal control skills.
His expertise covers target screening, due diligence and integration, conducting risk assessment to prioritize resources and efforts. Moreover, his professional interests cover the fields of investment valuation, viability studies and business plans preparations for listed entities and foreign subsidiaries.
George holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Patras and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
